We are owned and operated by Todd Pruitt and Rick Chmar, two community, and family-oriented Marylanders born and raised in Baltimore County.  

We know that choosing a contractor to roof or side your home can be stressful. We understand that you want someone you can trust to do the job to your standards and not overcharge…or worse. 

To make the process as easy as possible for you, we offer a friendly, 30-minute, no-pressure consultation. Meet with one of our owners who will share ideas, show examples and materials, and get your creativity flowing. 

Instead of requiring a large deposit, we only ask for $100 – our way of saying, “We are committing to finishing the job to your satisfaction.” 

Once on the job, not only do we promise to deliver quality, but will also do everything we can to avoid disrupting your busy life, ensuring everything is cleaned up after the job. 

One of the owners will be on-site, managing your project and communicating with you directly. We will even give you our cell phone number. 

After work is completed, one of the owners will follow up with you directly to ensure you’re fully satisfied. If there’s an issue, all you have to do is call us, and we’ll fix it, no questions asked.
